BROOKE INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS PLC (the 'Company')
NOTIFIABLE INTEREST
The Company has received notification today that following the purchase of
100,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company Mr Richard M Elliott now
holds 485,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.17 per cent. of
the issued share capital of that class.
