BROOKE INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS PLC (the 'Company')
NOTIFIABLE INTEREST
The Company has received notification today that following recent purchases of
shares Mr Richard M Elliott now holds 385,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in
the Company, representing 4.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company of that class.
