15 December 2005 that Meditor Capital Management Limited is interested, as
discretionary fund manager, in 6,451,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company (representing 5.05%) of the Company's issued share
capital).  These shares are registered in the name of Morstan Nominees Limited
