Director Shareholding

The Companies have been advised that Blue Planet Investments Limited, 
a company owned by Mr K C Murray, a director of the Companies, acquired 
on Friday 13th June 2003, 29,451 units of the ordinary shares of the 
Companies at 875p per unit.

Mr Murray is, following this acquisition, beneficially interested in 
200,000 units of the ordinary shares of the Companies (of which 157,501 
are held by Blue Planet Investments Limited) representing 14.67 per 
cent of the number of units in issue.
