Director Shareholding

The Companies have been advised that Blue Planet Investments 
Limited, a company owned by Mr K C Murray, a director of the 
Companies, acquired on Thursday 26th June 2003, 500 units of 
the ordinary shares of the Companies at 900p per unit.

Mr Murray is, following this acquisition, beneficially interested 
in 200,500 units of the ordinary shares of the Companies (of which 
158,001 are held by Blue Planet Investments Limited) representing 
14.71 per cent of the number of units in issue.
