The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment 
Trusts Nos 1-10 plc ("the Companies") have been notified that 
on 14th January 2003 Blue Planet Investments Limited, a company 
owned by Mr K C Murray, a Director of the Companies, acquired 
10,000 units of the Companies. Mr Murray is, following this 
acquisition, beneficially interested in 160,134 units of the 
Companies (of which 117,910 are held by Blue Planet Investments 
Limited) representing 11.75% of the Companies' issued ordinary 
share capital.
