On 15th January 2009, the Company received notification from Kenneth Murray, a
Director of the Company, that Blue Planet Investments Ltd, a company owned and
controlled by him had, under the terms of various loan agreements in 2003
granted security over 4,038,840 ordinary shares and 38,603 warrants in the
Company against bank loans to Blue Planet Investments Ltd.
