Results of EGM


At an Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the resolutions relating to the
bonus issue of warrants were approved. The proposals are as set out in the
Prospectus posted to Shareholders on 23 February.


The minimum number of proxy votes received in favour of the resolutions was
99.86% (including discretionary votes).
