Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the disposal of shares on 16^th January 2014, BlackRock, Inc. had a total interest in the Company of 14,154,516 shares representing 9.99% of total voting rights.
