Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Philip Burks, a non-executive director, sold 250,000 shares on Thursday 30 August at an average price of 300 pence per share. 

This decreases Mr Burks' beneficial holding to 5,870,849 shares representing 4.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
