Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announced on 28 March 2012, that Philip Burks, a Non-Executive Director, transferred 1,773,854 shares in the Company to Davina Burks.

Mr Burks has today notified the Company that he is no longer beneficially interested in these shares, and his subsequent beneficial holding is 4,096,995 shares representing 3.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
