Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on Tuesday 27 March, Philip Burks, a Non-Executive Director, transferred 1,773,854 shares in the Company to his wife Davina Maria Burks. 

Following this transfer, Mr Burks' beneficial holding remains at 6,120,849 shares representing 4.71% of the issued share capital of the Company.
