EMPLOYEE OPTION SCHEME / DIRECTOR INCENTIVE OPTIONS



Attached is an Appendix 3B in relation to the issue of 287,500 options to employees under the Employee Option Scheme approved by shareholders on 21 June 2007.


The options are exercisable for $1.00 each, with one third vesting 19 June 2009, one third vesting 19 June 2010 and the remaining third vesting 19 June 2011. All options expire on 19 June 2012.  


In addition, the Board has resolved to issue 250,000 Incentive Options on the same terms and conditions to Mr Scott Yelland, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company. These Incentive Options will be subject to Shareholder approval at the next general meeting of Shareholders.

1    +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX's absolute discretion. ASX may quote the +securities on any conditions it decides.  


2    We warrant the following to ASX.


    The issue of the +securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an illegal purpose.


    There is no reason why those +securities should not be granted +quotation.


    An offer of the +securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.
