Exercise of SAYE Options by Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 July 2012 the following PDMRs exercised the option to purchase ordinary shares under the 2009 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme").

Following exercise of the option where applicable, the average price for the disposal of the ordinary shares of 5 pence each was 152.87p.
