British Airways Plc - Result of General Meeting

British Airways Plc announces that both resolutions put to shareholders at its General Meeting held today were passed. Voting was by way of poll on both resolutions and the results are set out below.

A 'vote withheld' is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes for or against a resolution.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
