Fuel surcharge increase

British Airways PLC 20 February 2008 FUEL SURCHARGE INCREASE British Airways will increase its fuel surcharge on all tickets issued from Monday, February 25, 2008. The decision reflects continuing high oil prices. The changes will mean: • The surcharge for longhaul flights of less than nine hours will increase by £5 per flight from £48 to £53 (£106 return) • The surcharge for longhaul flights of more than nine hours will increase by £6 from £58 to £64 per flight (£128 return) There is no change to the shorthaul fuel surcharge which will remain at £10 per flight (£20 return). ends February 20, 2008 023/KG/08 This information is provided by RNS The company news service from the London Stock Exchange
