                   Notification of Interest  in Share Capital

Consequent on the Placing of Shares on 12 February 2010, the Company has
received the undernoted notifications of interests in the share capital and the
percentages represented by such interests



1.  The Company has been informed by J P Morgan Chase & Co that J P Morgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited  now holds 286,097,100 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 8.48% of the issued ordinary share capital.

2.  The Company has been advised in fulfilment of the obligation imposed by
Section 67 of the Companies Act 1990 thatSir Anthony O'Reilly holds 996,174,054
ordinary shares in the Company representing 29.55% of the issued ordinary share
capital.
