The Company is pleased to announce that the Interim report for the
half year ended 30 June 2008 has been posted to shareholders. An
extraordinary general meeting of the Company will be held on 6
November, 2008 at 11.00 am at The Westbury Hotel, Grafton Street,
Dublin 2, Ireland to consider the passing of two special resolutions
(the 'EGM').  The notice of the EGM has also been sent to
shareholders of the Company.
