The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 27 October 2020 at 15:48 under RNS No 3834D.

The sale price per share has been changed from 0.6775 pence to 67.75 pence.

Baronsmead Venture Trust plc

The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 27 October 2020 the Company purchased 77,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 67.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 252,685,805 shares of which 21,745,855 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in the Company is 230,939,950 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
