The Company were informed on 7 December 2006 of the following:


that at 7 December 2006, Mr I Parvizi purchased 3,464,882 ordinary shares in
Gold Oil and accordingly now has an interest in 50,000,000 of these shares,
representing 11.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
