Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (BGH) was notified on 25 February 2015by each Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) listed in the table below, that he has exercised his nil cost options to acquire BGH ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 per share (BGH Shares) on the same day pursuant to the JSC Bank of Georgia executive equity compensation plan. For each PDMR, BGH Shares were withheld to meet tax liabilities, as reflected below.
