NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

BGH was notified on 10 September 2013 and 11 September 2013 that Ian Hague, a Director of BGH and Managing Director of Firebird Republics Fund Ltd., Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd. and Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd., had sold BGH ordinary shares (BGH Shares) on behalf of three Firebird funds as detailed below.

On 10 September 2013 and 11 September 2013,  Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. sold 10,000 BGH Shares and 1,130 BGH Shares at a share price of £18.13 and £18.82 per BGH Share, respectively.

On 10 September 2013, Firebird New Russia Fund, Ltd. and Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd. each sold 7,500 BGH Shares at a share price of £18.13 per BGH Share.

Following the sale of BGH Shares by the three funds, the Firebird group of funds continues to hold 2,503,868 BGH Shares, representing approximately 6.97% of the share capital of the Company. 

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
