BBVA Global Finance Ltd (formerly Argentaria Global Finance Limited) ITL 20,000,000,000 Variable Rate Notes due July 2013 (ISIN:XS0089225782) guaranteed by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A.

Item 15 has been amended to include an Issuer Call in respect of which Notice has been given to Noteholders.
