BICC PLC Purchase of Cumulative Convertible Preference
Shares of 1p
Yesterdays announcement should have read that BICC PLC
have purchased for cancellation 1,888,629 Cumulative
Convertible Preference shares and not 188,629 from
Cazenove & Co. at a price of 113p per share.
