PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR

New FCPT Limited announces that F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited (the 'Subsidiary') has today despatched a circular to the remaining shareholders in the Subsidiary convening an extraordinary general meeting, to be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey at 12.30 p.m. on 3 September 2009, to propose a resolution to change the name of the Subsidiary to FCPT Holdings Limited. As explained in the prospectus issued by New FCPT Limited on 5 June 2009, that resolution will also trigger the name change of New FCPT Limited to F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited. Once this occurs, the top company in the group, and the company which is listed on the UKLA's Official List and traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, will again be called F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited. Since New FCPT Limited now holds over 97 per cent. of the shares in the Subsidiary it is expected that this resolution will be passed.
