PURCHASE OF SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Schroder UK Growth Fund Plc announces that on 21 November 2000, the Company
purchased 150,000 shares for cancellation, at a price of 141.50 pence per share.
Following the purchase, there are a further 197,650,263 shares in issue.
