Purchase of shares for cancellation
Schroder UK Growth Fund Plc announces that on 20 December 1999, the Company
purchased 132,000 shares for cancellation, at a price of 143.50 pence per
share. Following the purchases, there are a further 220,906,946 shares in
issue.
