The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully paid on 19 July 2016 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 38,700,497 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 19 July 2016 at a price of 572.0p per share.
