The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully paid on 15 July 2016 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 38,550,497 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 15 July 2016 at a price of 565.75p per share.
