Retiral of Director

In line with its policy of Board refreshment, the Board of Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC announces that Miss Sarah Whitley will retire from the Board with immediate effect.

The Chairman of Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon PLC, Barry Rose, commented:
