Board Changes

The Company announces that following the resignation of Alexander Michael Hathorn as Chairman of the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2009, Barry Rose will become Chairman. Barry will relinquish his position as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, to be replaced by Iain McLaren.
