The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully
paid on 23 February 2007 under its block listing facility.  Following the
allotment there are 31,100,497 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were
issued for cash on 23 February 2007 at a price of 221.5p per share.
