Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared the second ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 of 1.50p per share. The dividend is to be paid on 28 August 2020 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 07 August 2020. The ex-dividend date is 06 August 2020.
