Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares an ordinary dividend, for the period from 5 November 2015 to 31 December 2015, of 0.35 pence per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 26 February 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 February 2016.  The ex-dividend date is 4 February 2016.

This is the Company's first dividend and is being declared and paid sooner than was anticipated at the time of the Company's launch, when the Company expected to declare its first dividend in March 2016.
