Buy-back of own securities

The Company announces that it has today bought back 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: 0133508 / ISIN: GB0001335081), representing approximately 0.06% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 416.50 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary share capital in issue, those held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	357,008
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue	159,657,081
