 GLOBAL HEAD OF AIRCRAFT TRADING APPOINTMENT

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft lessor, announces the appointment of Mr. Russell Hubbard in the executive position as the Global Head of Aircraft Trading.

Mr. Hubbard is a commercial aircraft specialist with 30 year's experience, most recently at Hong Kong Aviation Capital and GAAM. Mr. Hubbard also has aircraft appraiser experience and previously oversaw an aircraft valuation appraisal team.

Avation Executive Chairman, Jeff Chatfield, said "Avation is pleased with the appointment of Mr. Russ Hubbard in the position of Global Head of Aircraft Trading. Mr. Hubbard has been an active aircraft trader. The aircraft trading process is an integral part of the capital renewal process of publicly owned aircraft lessors such as Avation. Mr. Hubbard has extensive aircraft trading experience as well as that in aircraft value appraisals.  This appointment completes a search process that lasted several months."
