                             Notice of shareholding


The Company has today been notified that on 12 April 2006 the Crabtree Northwest
Charitable Trust (the 'Trust') sold 785,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'). As a result of this disposal, the Trust no longer
has a shareholding in the Company.

The Company has also received notification that on 12 April 2006 Stephen Paul
Lundy sold 450,000 Ordinary Shares and today sold a further 250,000 Ordinary
Shares. Following these disposals, Mr Lundy no longer has a notifiable interest
in the Company.
