By a letter dated 15 June 2004, Readybuy plc ('the Company') was informed by Mr
Ian Currie that on 11 June 2004 he gifted 1,290,603 ordinary shares of 0.5p in
the Company, representing approximately 7.19% of the issued share capital.
Following this transaction, Mr. Currie no longer holds a notifiable interest in
the Company.
