The Company was notified yesterday by Colin Davies, the chairman and a director
of the Company, that on 29 September 2004 he gifted 250,000 Ordinary Shares of
0.5p each of the Company ('Shares'), representing 1.39% of the Company's issued
share capital to the Heslington Foundation.


Prior to this transfer Mr Davies held 620,052 Shares representing 3.45% of the
Company's issued share capital.  Following yesterday's transfer he holds 370,052
Shares, representing 2.06%.  Accordingly Mr Davies, no longer has a notifiable
interest in the share capital of the Company.
