Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that it has purchased 235,000
of its own ordinary shares in the market at 193p per share. These
shares will be held by the Company in Treasury.
Following the re-purchase, the Company's share capital will remain
unchanged at 15,107,250 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number
of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 14,622,250.
