The Board of Aurora Investment Trust notes the publication of the Investment 
Entities (Listing Rules and Conduct of Business) Instrument 2003.

The Board has determined that, for the current year, the Company's investment 
policy will not involve investing more than 15% of the Company's gross assets 
in UK listed investment companies.
