Aram Resources plc announces that Clive Scott, its Financial Director, has
resigned to pursue a career in the high tech market.

With effect from 1 April 2000, Bob Carlton-Porter, a non-executive director,
has been appointed as as Executive Director and has assumed the supervision of
the financial development of the Company.  In addition, the Company has
appointed Ray Smart, a Chartered Accountant, as Financial Controller.  Ray was
previously a Senior Business Advisory Manager with Grant Thornton.

Furthermore, in order to strengthen the operational management of the Company
as it increases its operational bases, the Company has recently appointed
three new senior operational managers.
