                           Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 6 March 2001 nil priced options were granted to
directors of Aukett under its new Long Term Incentive Plan, which was approved
by shareholders on 24 January 2001. Details of these options, together with
other unexercised options previously granted under the Company's Executive
Share Option Schemes, are as follows:

The new options are exercisable following the release of the Preliminary
