Notice of Final Results

Further to the announcement made on 27 February 2009 Off-plan Fund Limited (AIM: OPF) announces that the publication of its report and accounts, which was expected to be today, will be subject to a minor delay. The delay has been caused primarily as a result of unforeseen IFRS disclosure requirements concerning certain notes required to be included in the report and accounts.

The report and accounts are currently in the final stages of the audit technical review process. The Board anticipates this will be concluded shortly and the results are expected to be announced next week with the report and accounts being despatched shortly thereafter.
