Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")

The Company announces that on 18 May 2023, Tom Hargreaves, Chief Financial Officer, disposed of 237,360 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence for personal financial purposes.   

Following the transaction detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form set out further below, Mr Hargreaves' remaining beneficial shareholding in the Company's ordinary shares is 1,046,700 ordinary shares.
