Further to the recent announcement that Mr. Jack Debnam  has
joined the Board of the Company as a non-executive director,
the  Company  confirms  that Mr  Debnam  has  not  held  any
directorships in other publicly quoted companies during  the
last five years and has no details to disclose in respect of
paragraph  6.F.2  (b)  to (g) of the Listing  Rules  of  the
London Stock Exchange.
