DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING





Allen Swann, a senior advisor to the Company, purchased on 17 April 2007 100,000
ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72.9p per
share.  As a result of this purchase, Mr Swann beneficially holds 700,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 1.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
