MSW TECHNOLOGY PLC ('the Company')
Change of Name
Following approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 18th
September, 2000 of the resolution to change the Company's name, the
Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has now been received.
The change of name to Manpower SoftWare plc becomes effective today,
6th October 2000.
