WITHDRAWAL OF RECOMMENDATION

Subsequent to the announcement released earlier today, the Board of AttentiV
Systems Group plc is withdrawing its recommendation from the Microgen offer (as
announced on 28 April 2005) in favour of the increased TietoEnator offer.
