UPDATE ON ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
Following the recent exercises of share options, the issued share capital of
Amlin plc is now 206,940,865 Ordinary Shares of 25p each. Recently issued
shares are included within current block listings granted by the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
